@Chocolate26697 Even skinny people need to excercise to stay in shape, they are not just skinny, and if they are natually skinny they may still need to excercise to be fit. People can be skinny and unfit
it may seem that the weight loss programs are all fake but my mom used to be stout and she bought these weight loss videos similar to this one (except it was all girls and the exercises werent as tough) and before she would go to work she did them and would eat healthy and now she is really skinny and its amusing cuz she has this one picture of her and her sister and her sister is skinny and she was stout in the picture so it doesnt even look like my mom
