Thеѕе exercises аrе designed tο tone main pectoral muscles (upper, major аnd minor pectoral muscles) аnd уου саn workout wherever уου want: аt home, іn thе park, οn thе beach οr аt thе gym. Nο special equipment іѕ required fοr thіѕ workout: іf уου don’t hаνе a bench fοr superior push-ups, υѕе аnу superior surface (chair, box, etc.).

    you dont wanna place all your waist on the wrist..krav maga training taught me to do it on my fists, which are stronger..sore joints are terrible news!!!

    i do this workout 4 times a day 6am, 12 noon, 6pm, 12midnight i’ve been doing this for a month and theres been a huge chat since the first day i seen this video
    (july 2nd) do this each day 4 times a day at the same times i do and you will get very excellent consequences by the end of the month.

    @steventhepro , you must keep a excellent diet and rest on daily basis is required and a excellent protein suplement is a must do, for excellent consequences. It is not simple to keep up, but if it was simple everyone would look excellent and buff..

    mon. chest, tue. back, wed. byceps, thur. tryceps, frid. rest, than repeat it all again

    These excersises are excellent only got beginniers in working out.
    I tired this since I am home from college and don’t have a gym membership. It’s not tiring at all. It felt more like a stretch.
    I reckon they should’ve made you do more reps per each set. I was not feeling anything at all with only 12 reps per set.

    for killer chest workout, do as many regular push ups as you can, but stop before u get 2 tired.
    without resting lay on your back straight away and with a couple of dumbells you are gonna lift it up and bring it down with your arm in a 90 angle
    (position your arms with dumbells as if you are doing push ups with your back on the floor and dumbells as weight instead of your body weight) . 3 sets.
    If you lift less than 8 times the weight is to heavy, but if you lift more than 12, it is to light
